Welcome to Swadisht Tiffins. These Terms & Conditions govern meal orders, deliveries, cancellations, refunds, wallet usage, and service policies. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
1. Ordering & Cut-Off Timings
The cut-off time to place, cancel, or modify orders is:
- Lunch Orders: Previous day by 8:00 pm or Same Day by 11:00 am
- Dinner Orders: Same day by 5:00 pm or Before 8:00 pm
Orders cannot be placed, cancelled, or modified once the respective cut-off time has passed.
2. Delivery Timings
- Lunch Delivery: 12:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Dinner Delivery: 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm
Delivery timings may vary slightly due to traffic conditions, route schedules, or delivery partner constraints.
3. Area Serviceability Confirmation
- Customers are requested to confirm delivery availability in their area before placing an order.
- If an order is placed for a non-serviceable area, it may be cancelled and refunded as per the applicable refund mode.
4. Premises Delivery Clause
During lunch deliveries, our delivery partners may leave tiffins at a common delivery location such as:
- Reception
- Security gate
- Canteen
- Common area / near service lift
Customers may confirm whether delivery will be direct or at a common point before ordering.
5. Pricing, Delivery Charges & Taxes
- Delivery Charges: are included per order (not applies separately for lunch and dinner)
- GST: we are not under gst yet but - (5% applicable on the total order value, excluding delivery charges)
6. Packaging & Food Temperature
- Meals are packed in disposable, microwave-safe containers.
- Meals are cooled at room temperature before packing to ensure food safety.
- Customers may receive food at room temperature; remove the lid and re-heat before consumption for best taste.
7. Cancellation & Refund Terms
- Customers can cancel meals before cut-off time via whatsapp/call.
- Cancelled meals are not carried forward to future dates.
- Refunds for cancelled meals go instantly to the bank account.
- Permanent discontinuation refund requests are processed to bank accounts after verification.

9. No-Delivery Situations
- No lunch delivery on Sundays, strikes, heavy rains, natural disasters, riots, or circumstances beyond control.
- Customers will be informed in advance for planned disruptions.
- Food Donation Clause: Prepared meals in unavoidable no-delivery cases may be donated to charity. In such cases, the order amount is non-refundable.
10. Delivery Responsibility Disclaimer
Deliveries are handled by Swadisht atiffins. Swadisht Tiffins coordinates delivery but is liable for disputes or delays.
11. Order Details & Booking History
- Customers should check Booking History on the whatsapp/call for verification of orders.
- Orders are processed strictly as per visible booking history.
12. Company Rights
- Swadisht Tiffins may cancel/modify meals due to operational constraints.
- Service may be discontinued to any customer at the company’s discretion.
- Where possible, customers will be informed in advance.
